Article 12. Organizational Circles
The distinct areas of work of expressing the purpose and pursuing the mission of this Church are organized into semi-autonomous work groups known as Circles. The following are the primary Circles and their purpose.
12.01. Stewards Circle.
(a) Purpose. Steward the vision, guide and protect the organization.
(b) Meeting Rhythm. The Stewards Circle meets quarterly and additionally as needed.
(c) Composition. The Stewards Circle is comprised of senior members of the Anchor Circle and the Wisdom Council.
(d) Church Stewards. Members of the Stewards Circle are known as the Church Stewards (Stewards).
(e) Key Responsibilities.
i. Strategy and guidance for TOTOH;
ii. Mentorship and council for TOTOH leadership;
iii. Fund-raising support;
iv. Recommendations for onboarding and offboarding;
v. Recruit talent for TOTOH;
vi. Raise awareness and spread the word about TOTOH, its purpose and mission;
vii. Track organizational activities for mission, ethical, and energetic alignment.
(f) Organizational Policy. The Stewards are responsible for maintaining official organizational policy, and to keep this Constitution updated.
(g) Church Records. The Stewards are responsible for maintaining financial and administrative records.
(h) Tracking for Integrity. Track Stewards, Ministers, and other leaders within the organization for integrity, being willing to shine light on blind spots and being available to provide support as may be needed from time to time.
12.02. Anchor Circle.
(a) Purpose. The Anchor Circle manages the day-to-day operational requirements of the Church.
(b) Meeting Rhythm. The Anchor Circle meets weekly.
12.03. Wisdom Council.
(a) Purpose. The Wisdom Council serves as trusted advisors and counselors for the Church.
(b) Meeting Rhythm. The Wisdom Council meets quarterly.
12.04. Academy Circle.
(a) Purpose. The Academy Circle manages TOTOH’s educational offerings.
(b) Meeting Rhythm. The Academy Circle meets quarterly.
12.05. Ministry Atrium.
(a) Purpose. The Ministry Atrium holds the honor and duty of serving the Congregation. The Ministry Atrium is also an on-ramp for the Ministry Sanctum. If mastery is emerging for a member of the Ministry Atrium, they may be invited to become a Minister.
(b) Meeting Rhythm. The Ministry Atrium meets quarterly.
(c) Responsibilities. Members of the Ministry Atrium commit to the following standards and expectations:
i. Orient to the positive path of evolution;
ii. Stand in their spiritual leadership, express their unique and authentic service, and practice devotion to their paths;
iii. Make themselves available to community members for council as they see fit;
iv. Practice responsibility for knowing when they are holding space and when they need support;
v. Practice accountability to fellow members of the circle. Be willing to hold one another accountable, see their blind spots, and support one another’s alignment;
vi. Participate in Harmony Council processes as needed.
(d) Onboarding. New Ministry Atrium members are invited to join after they’ve demonstrated both capacity and interest in serving the Congregation. Existing members determine the fit of potential new members to the circle.
(e) Ministry Sanctum. Within the Ministry Atrium, leadership and consistency are provided by the Ministry Sanctum, which is comprised of Ministers of TOTOH.
(f) Accountability. The Ministry Atrium, and its members, are accountable to the Stewards Circle.
12.06 Ministry Sanctum.
(a) Purpose. Ministers, through an open heart, maintain a connection with Source and support others to come into contact with Source for themselves. One of the ways to know connection to Source is the direct experience of Oneness. Ministry may be expressed through leadership, service, teaching, and being a messenger of Oneness.
(b) Meeting Rhythm. The Ministry Sanctum meets as needed.
(c) Responsibilities. Ministers commit to the following standards and expectations:
i. Orient to the positive path of evolution;
ii. Stand in their spiritual leadership, express their unique and authentic service, and practice devotion to their paths;
iii. Make themselves available to community members for council as they see fit;
iv. Be responsible for knowing when they are holding space and when they need support;
v. Be accountable to fellow members of the circle. Be willing to hold one another accountable, see their blind spots, and support one another’s alignment;
vi. Participate in Harmony Council processes as needed;
vii. Hold the honor / duty of serving and upholding TOTOH, both as a Congregation and as an organization, supporting the spiritual wellness of both.
(d) Onboarding. New Ministry Sanctum members are invited to join after they’ve demonstrated both capacity and interest in serving as Ministers. Existing Ministers determine the fit of potential new members to the Ministry Sanctum.
(e) Ordination. Ordination involves self-initiation; self-written vows; witnessed and affirmed by the Ministry Sanctum.
(f) Accountability. The Ministry Sanctum, and its members, are accountable to the Stewards Circle.
