Article 11. The Trust

This Church will form a charitable trust (Trust) for the purpose of holding and managing the property and resources required to fulfill our mission and ministry.

11.01. Trust Name. The Church’s Trust shall be known as TOTOH Trust. The Trust will be a private, irrevocable, complex, foreign express trust, whose beneficiaries shall be the Congregation of the Church and the children of the New Earth.

11.02. Trustees. The trustees (Trustees) shall be appointed from those qualified officers of the Church.

11.03. Trust Governance. The Trust shall be governed by the natural laws of the universe as established by the One Infinite Creator. Subordinate to that, the Trust shall be governed by its own constitution and bylaws, as established and maintained by the Trustees.
